What information do I need to provide when dropping off items?
For most electronics, no personal information is required. However, when dropping off monitors or TVs, you must provide your first name, last name, phone number, and address to comply with California recycling program requirements.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is needed. Just visit us during business hours.

Is there any cost to drop off my electronics?
No, All accepted electronics can be dropped off for free. Please note we do not accept large appliances.
Do you offer electronic pickup services for residential customers?
Yes! We offer residential e-waste pickup throughout the Los Angeles area. The average cost is around $99, but pricing may vary depending on the items and location. We evaluate each pickup request on a case-by-case basis to provide the most accurate quote.

Do you offer data destruction for picked-up items?
Yes. All data-containing devices collected through our pickup service are securely wiped or destroyed as part of our certified data destruction process.
If you prefer to witness the process, we also offer on-site data destruction at your location — each drive can be destroyed in front of you for $10 per drive.
